I have had the opportunity to examine and work with the
Cannonball, and believe it has real potential in shoulder rehabilitation, especially in the final phase where one wants to strengthen the muscle's in the throwing motion.

I am 44 years old, married, and have four children.  After pitching countless innings of batting practice I developed arm problems.  While I was warming up before a softball game, I was introduced to the CANNONBALL, I used the ball to warm up with and the results were uncanny! There was no pain or soreness when I threw with the CANNONBALL, during or after the game.

I feel that this could revolutionize shoulder and arm conditioning.  Not only is this ball a great idea for warming up, but I can also see potential for rehabilitation of the rotator cuff (a common baseball/ softball area of injury) as well as other supportive structures of the shoulder and arm.   There will be a great many Physicians who will want to use this ball as a very convenient means of shoulder rehab.

I tore my rotator last year, and was unable to play softball for a while.  When I started playing again, in the beginning I experienced a lot of pain.  However since I have been warming up with the CANNONBALL, I have had no problems.  Not only has it really strengthened my shoulder, but it also has increased my throwing speed about 15%.

I can't speak for everyone, but in my opinion "THE CANNONBALL" is a great product.  I have tried a lot of the other gimmicks on the market, but this is the first one that is realistic.  I have seen the fascination and excitement of others when they have tried this ball, and they all want to know the same thing....where can I get one?
